Message Yes I searched,
I'm in the market for a new clutch, after 15psi my stock clutch is starting to slip after only ~400 miles. My car will be stock twins for the forseeable future, I'm guessing no more than ~400rwhp, maybe low/mid 400's torque. I'm looking at the RPS Sport/Street clutch, which supposedly holds up to 540ft/lbs, but I'm wondering if I should move up to the 6 puck, which although a little more $$, will handle more torque.
Now I've driven a TT with a 6 puck, and it was too stiff for my liking, but I'm willing to deal with it it's the only thing that won't slip. Anyone on stock twins had issues with a Sport/Street (non 6 puck) slipping? I'm trying to keep the car daily driveable, but I want a strong clutch as well.
Suggestions welcome!
